LIsa Richard CD Release with Hal Bruce

Halifax-based multi-genre singer/songwriter Lisa Richard, along with producer/musician Hal Bruce play a CD release show for her new album Tangled Up at The Carleton on Thursday, October 5th. Show time is 8 PM and advanced tickets are $20.

From New Mills, NB, where she started performing at four years old (belting out The Sweet’s Ballroom Blitz for twenty-five cents a show), Lisa’s musical ambitions have taken her to Toronto and back and she now lives in Halifax. The material on her debut recording, Tangled Up, ranges from rock to blues to country and was produced by Hal Bruce.

Hal Bruce is a One-Man, One-Voice, One-Guitar, BIG SOUND full-time entertainer from Nova Scotia who has long been known as a man with great musical and producing skills. Probably best known in Halifax for his annual Beatles tribute shows, Hal is also a talented songwriter with four albums of original songs to his credit.
