RTP performs Mississauga Canada in 2018
Mississauga's premier entertainment facility, the Living Arts Centre (LAC) has just launched their 2017/2018 season, which is also their 20th anniversary and we've gotta say, they look exceptionally great for 20.
There have been hundreds of performances, events, convocations and many others that have come through the doors at 4141 Living Arts Drive, in the heart of our city.
To celebrate, LAC is presenting several outstanding and diverse performances. They've partnered with the likes of the Aga Khan Museum (My Home Land/Sarzamine Man with Dawood Sarkhosh Ensemble), Mississauga Music (Women Who Rock), The Canadian Arabic Orchestra (On the Way to Baghdad), and many more, showcasing a rich variety of local and international voices and talent.
In scheduling this year's performances, they have something for everyone to enjoy, whether you’re looking for nostalgic musical dinner and show evenings with The Basically Basie Big Band, or want to explore the unique sounds and varied genres of the Blackburn brothers, Patricia O’Callaghan Singing Leonard Cohen, Patricia Cano, David Rudder, Nikki Yanofsky, Get the Led Out, or the Styx tribute show, Rockin’ The Paradise.
