Join author, yoga and meditation teacher, mentor and spiritual guide Bram Levinson for a weekend of discovery and education unlike any other. This event is an opportunity for the exploration of the core aspects of this human experience. Steeped in the teachings and philosophies of Hinduism while drawing from its scriptures, this educational experience will broach topics such as intention, judgement, boundaries, expectation, time, how we carry our individualized experience of life in our bodies, the power of our thought patterns, and so, so much more. With creative ways to approach meditation and spiritual understanding - teachings that may prove to provide the foundation for a life of understanding, fulfillment and peace.
