Kids Yoga Teacher Training

20 hour Yoga Teacher Training

This training is accessible to anyone wishing to add yoga, mindfulness, or meditation into the lives of children. Join Colynn for 4 sessions over 2 weekends to learn different techniques to weave yoga teachings into kids daily activities, to offer a toolbox of resources that kids can access to learn to deal with and handle the stresses of daily life, as well as teach you how to offer a safe place for kids to explore their own deeper questions and find their own answers. All age groups are covered from babies to teenagers.

The training offers parents resources for a home practice with their children to establish a yoga and meditation regimen. This training offers teachers, child social workers, or anyone that works with youth, many different ways to incorporate yoga, mindfulness and meditation into their classrooms or professional setting, either once in a while or daily, including PE teachers. This training offers yoga teachers a way to expand their practice, by offering kids and family yoga classes, birthday parties, and so much more. This course even offers a section dedicated to the business of kids yoga. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to take this course, but if you are this YA certified course offers 20 hours of continuing education.
